By the end of her first recital performance, she declared to her grandparents that she would have a solo the next year. Though she did not perform a solo until she was older, Dara continued to dance, remaining eager to learn and excited to perform! Dance is now an abundant source of joy in Dara’s life. She says, “Nothing makes me happier than being onstage surrounded by other dedicated performers and friends. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Dance Performance from Oklahoma City University’s Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment and a minor in Business Entrepreneurship! Dara is extremely grateful for the educational opportunities OCU gave her in preparation for the professional world.
